This is the second time now we have been caught like this by the same people. Who keep getting voted in than do nothing or let things slow down.
This can clearly show vote for the best interest of the nation not because someone is ur mate.

Also, we don't have much of an OOC social medium that everyone can access unlike our old AJAX chat, and I do think that has an impact.
But anyway, the aforementioned are people who will do a lot if they're interested and not irritated, even to the point of "carrying" the region, but otherwise just stay away, IME.
