I would say just add the current active members, whoever isn't on, if they return, can complain later.

It pains me to say this, want to do this, need to do this, or even considering doing this, but I'm leaving. Membership has declined so has any activity, some of the most active members are AWOL or MIA, it has been fun and I will remember this experience, but I'm going to try to set out on my own and make my own region based off the experience and knowledge I've gotten from this one. So if you want to come your more than welcome, just find me on NS and follow from there. I've made the International Confederation, if your interested in joining, or just want to talk to me, your more than welcome in my new region.

In an attempt at restoring a diplomatic presence in the NCSA the Confederate State of Turkducken would like to hold a meeting with the new member states that may have been added in the States brief lapse of internal confinement.

Little news travels out of Turkducken, it's an isolated State geographically and has generally refused outside contact. Travelers avoid the country as outsiders who dare to venture inwards never return, what happens specifically is unknown, occasionally the rumbling of the Earth beneath feet is felt and occasional trumpet blasts, shouts, and explosions are heard from the borders.
